  Shockingly disappointed with my dealings with lemon tree flowers. I had been asked to make a wedding cake for a friend to include fresh flowers. In the trial for the cake I bought some all seasons roses (beautiful big headed roses) from lemon tree , they weren't the freshest but, I made do with what I had, and the bride to be really liked them. I ordered some more for the big day and was told that they would be arriving at the shop on Thursday evening at 5 as the wedding was on Friday lunchtime. The owner of the shop said that she could drop them to me by 6pm on the Thursday. On Thursday afternoon, I receive a message to say that the truck had been delayed and I wouldn't now be able to get my flowers till between 8.30/9 on Friday morning. At this stage in the day, I couldn't do anything but wait for them to arrive, and I had already paid a considerable amount to have these particular roses. The flowers eventually turned up at 9.15 and I was handed a very standard bunch of white roses and not what I had ordered, but not in a position to get anything else, had to accept them. I am very unhappy about the service provided by lemon tree, and will certainly not be using them again.
